As the world’s most visited airline website and with the largest CRM database, slight changes in conversion rates make a significant difference to the orders that are made. In this role you will work across the Insight and Digital Experience teams to effectively test, analyse and measure digital experience strategies as well as propose new strategies based on customer insight. This role is critical for the business to help identify and communicate insight that can help improve the company’s revenue through increased flight and travel extras purchases.


  • Setting up and evaluating KPIs for our pre/post booking programmes in an efficient manner
  • Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
  • Collaborating with other teams within the business to help support their data, reporting and insight requirements
  • Working with Automation analysts/BI to work on most effective ways of delivering repeatable reports.
  • Auditing and analysing large datasets, drawing valid inferences and presenting them successfully to the business stakeholders
  • Understanding algorithms created by Insight team and being able to suggest how these should be used across website, app and CRM
  • Working with the customer analytics, market research and web analytics areas of the insight team to generate joined-up insights that result in the right changes being made to the customer experience.
  • Bringing a fresh view into the team – being able to propose own solutions and ideas to make the team stronger and more effective.
