Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Budget Administrator reporting into the Marketing Operations Manager. Based in our Head Office in Dublin, the successful candidate will work as part of a team with responsibility for:

Cost Accounting:

For Brand Communications / Media / Sales & Marketing

Tracking all media plans to ensure all rates & commercials are correct

Tracking & processing media agency rebates

Evaluating media agency bonus amount

POs – creating & tracking all costs in PO tracker

Processing invoices in a timely manner, checking all amounts are correct and liaising with suppliers & finance on any issues

Working with finance team according to budget process to track & reconcile weekly & monthly spends

Maintaining accurate weekly media spends by market, campaign & media type

Preparation of month end budget reports

Liaising with suppliers & finance to ensure accounts are paid according to terms

Processing any pre-payments which may save the business money

General Administration:

Administrational support to Sales & Marketing on promotional activities

Office management

Any other tasks allocated by the Marketing Operations Director

Requirements

High degree of numerical proficiency is essential

Attention to detail

Organised

Excellent working knowledge of excel

Good communicator

Works well in a team

Demonstrates a degree of initiative

Speaks fluent English

SAP knowledge is an advantage
